Ok forgive this stupid post but I want to ask OT's opinions... Over the last 3 days, I've contracted some crazy cold thats made me lose my voice, stuffy nose, constant coughing. Bad enough, I took a day off from work to relax and rest for a day. Well later that night I decided to see if I how well i'd be at the gym. Mind you during the course of this day and the previous days, I've been taking Dayquil / Robitussin for my cough. Working my arms, I felt fine. Even was able to max out. Moving onto shoulders, I was OK as well and maxxed out. During cardio, which in my case is on an elliptical machine, I found I was only able to stay on 10min before seriously losing my breath. I normally can stay on 35-42min at high intensity. I was seriously winded for a good 5min after this and called it quits for the night. Now im debating whether to go back tonight or not, maybe not till I can breath normally. What's OT's opinion on this?
