Working out & smoking (420)?

    I generally keep them separate, it's pretty redundant to combine training + smoking, but I smoked a small bowl before I went to my training session, and I honestly did better with weights. I got in more reps with more weight, and I maxed out a little higher. I wasn't completely baked, I still had the energy, but smoking that bowl made maxing out seem less painless :dunno:

    I wanna try it again this weekend :o. I won't be making it a habit tho.

    I've done it an have had similar experiences. I don't know why you say it's "redundant" but just don't space out and hurt yourself on a complex lift.

    Smoking is def. a post-workout activity.

    Never gone to the gym high, but once got ripped and tried to bench press on my friends home gym just for fun. It didn't go well. I only had like 215-225 on there but I couldn't stop laughing once it touched my chest and I barely got even one rep :rofl::rofl:

    Some say it increases estr. and can promote man-titties.

    I would assume you would have to smoke a shit ton for it to really negatively affect you in that respect though.

    I've heard people say weed gives fighters an unfair advantage because they don't feel as much pain. maybe it applies to working out.
