Is it a bad thing to work out just the upper body, do your cardio, and NOT work out the lower body (legs, etc)?

Do all of you guys work out both upper and lower body? What would be the disadvantages of not working out the lower body?

I do lots of curls and bench press for my upper body and run on an elliptical to train my legs.

    sweet thanks..

i am having issues with leg press as it is hurting my knee.. i might try a few things like lowering the weights and see if that helps.. but if the pain persists.. i will probably just do my upper body routine and cardio and scrap the leg press..

Yeah I'd also recommend you get some Cell-tech and NO2.

Does it really hurt that bad, maybe you just aren't used to working out? Joint ache and pains is pretty normal when working out.
