Working out late at night v. weightloss

    I understand that to gain muscle mass, sleep is a crucial component, but what about losing body fat? Typically the only chance I get to run is around 1-2 in the morning.

    Is it killing me? :noes:

    Getting a lot of sleep is good for losing bodyfat.
