I don't know if the college I'm attending has a weight room or anything of that sort...but I was thinking about this for a while. In theory, I wouldn't need much more than a flat bench with no rack to do DB presses on, and a set of dumbels that can have at least 100 lbs of plates on them. I don't know if those exist though...

What do you college broly crew members do to work out? Just hit the gym? :squint:

Most every college has a gym, unless it is like East-West Bumblefuck Community or some shit.

When I signed up for the Bally's 3 year plan, I specifically chose the option where if I moved 25 miles away from that specific location of the gym I go to, I'd be able to cancel. When I'm in college I probably won't be lifting as much as I am now...maybe 2-3 times a week. I'm more interested in retaining my muscle than gaining when in college.

At the point I'm at, I should start cutting until I'm at least 15% BF. I just don't want to lose any muscle is all.

School gym. It's shitty and gross which means I can do anything I goddamn well want without anyone telling me not to make lots of noise or something like that.

In theory I should be able to work traps, lats, biceps, triceps, deltoids, back, chest, lower back. It just takes a little thinking outside the box. Even some lower body...lunges, toe raises, etc.

And what I meant was, maybe there are 15 lb plates. Say the little bar weighs 10 lbs. That would mean 3 plates on each side, equaling 100.
