I tried searching the subject, but didn't have much luck.

I keep some what odd hours, and my days are pretty hectic, so the only time I usually find to lift is maybe an hour before I go to bed. Is there anything wrong with that? or should I try to rearrange my schedule a bit?

I fall asleep pretty easily. Always feel tired in the morning though, it's a battle to actually get out of bed some times, but once I'm up I'm fine.

I work out in the evenings. Try to get in there by 8, out by a little after 9. I do find it a bit more difficult to fall asleep, but I've gotten use to it, and do pretty well on 7 or so hours of sleep. I've heard you should haven't any intense exercise 2 hours before bed, so that's probably why. I've tried the morning workouts, but my days starts early enough as it is...

The earlier you can work out the better. Your body has a higher caloric requirement post exercise, and it's tough to get those calories while sleeping. But, working out in the evening is better than not working out at all.
