Hey, i used to work out every night before bed, but now im too lazy.
I did three rounds of; push ups, sit ups, and weights.
    would that do a lot?
is there anything better i can do? im lazy, but would really like to get more muscly, just by being at home.
weve got a punching bag, weights, even an old bench. but id like to be able to do stuff in my bedroom. not that stuff. sickos.
anyway, please dont say stuff like use your thighmaster with a 90 degree right rotation to strengthen your DB muscle blablabla.
    (strengthen your pc muscles!)

    You're not being specific enough

Yeah, lift weights on a proper routine and change your diet around.

lazy and muscly do not go with one another. muscles take work, hard work, and require dedication.
