I have just started doing more compound stuff and I'm having fun with that.

    In.

Actually I'm trying to build my tricep strength for my bench right now, but it's lower priority than the compounds.

I do one exercise for my biceps and thats it. I don't do any direct tricep isolation lifts.

i still work my tri's, but bicep stuff hasn't been as important for a while. i think i've been working them enough doing pull ups and rows, anyway

I have had to make it a priority as my biceps are lagging behind everything else. Which means I actually do the sets now instead of blowing them off.

My tries get raped on chest day and my bis get a pretty good workout on back days so I tend to go really light on my "arm" day.

In fact yesterday I barely did anything then said fuck it because my elbows were hurting like hell and I didn't think my arms needed any extra work.

I do a decent amount of tricep stuff, barely any bicep, if any.

Thanks, trying to get to your level. I don't know how big they are as I have never measured them.

yeah, they arn't very big or well developed. You're missing an entire head of a tricep and you have no forearms. Looks like you're just lean.

Well, we all have different opinions on whats "big". I am 200lbs @ 10ish b/f % and my lifts are better than 99% of this board even with my puny arms. I could give 2 shits about forearms.

Oh yea, and post your pics so I can see what I should look like
