I started lifting/running/and swimming in august through several classes at my community college. My schedule is as follows: M, T, W, TH - Running and lifting in the evening T, TH - 1 hour of swimming early in the morning I have not been taking any supplements. I quit smoking in August as well. My health has improved 1000%. My body weight is roughly the same, but I am definitely in better shape, most likely gained muscle lost fat. Just curious to know the down sides to not taking supplements. I am on a budget and really can't afford many. Just want to get a general opinion of what you guys think. On a side note, I am taking a daily vitamin and fish oil.
