I checked the stickies and didn't see much on this question. Getting my first one done in a week or so and I'm just wondering if its gonna be ok to workout after. Not so much lifting, but doing cardio. I 'm getting ready for USMC OCS and my training is pretty important to me. I just sweat alot when I run outside cause I go 8-10 miles and I guess thats my main concern. Should I take the day off afterward? Thanks for the help.
