i can only workout 3 days a week now with my new job. i'm wondering if i'll be able to get enough of a workout by only hitting each muscle group once a week (monday-chest/tri wed-back/bi...)

or should i start combining the groups (monday-chest/bi tuesday-back/tri) and effectively hit each muscle twice a week?

    Depends on your goals.
