I'm 5'6" 145 right now but the area that needs more work is my stomach. I've been doing an agressive ab routine for a few weeks now and I def see improvement and my abs are a lot tighter but I'm having the hardest time getting rid of that last thin layer of flab on my stomach :hs: Any tips? should I do more cardio? or will that just take a few months to totally burn off?
