Working a sore muscle group

    Is it true that you're not supposed to work a muscle group that's sore from the previous workout? I started a new routine on Monday and I'm still sore as shit.

    What's your split? As long as you've had 48 hours (to get basic), you should be gtg; if you're a little sore, just warm up and go.
