Worked out earlier, would cardio tonight hinder me in anyway?

    I worked out earlier today, and had a good day in the gym. I'm pretty tired, but I'm also feeling lazy and out of shape cardiovascularly. Will I harm muscle growth by doing some cardio later tonight?

    Doubt it... especially not if you did upper body today

    Depends.

    If you are not eating above maintenance calories and doing cardio then you are more likely to lose muscle over time. This is not to say that you definitely do one or the other.

    As for running for just tonight -- don't worry about it.

    If you are getting enough food/protein you're fine.

    You can see gains and do cardio/lose weight at the same time. It's more difficult to than if you were eating what you wanted and not do cardio, but it's possible.

    Bench Press 5x5
    Clean and Press 5x5
    Facepulls 12x2
    Real flys 12x2
    cable rows 4x8

    not really im pretty tired just in poor cardiovascular shape. I got too lazy to do cardio and just stayed in eating chicken
