is it ok to have chest and shoulders on the same day? i was doing them on the same day and then somone told me i shouldnt do chest and shoulders on the same day, so i switched up and started doing this day 1- chest/tri day 2- back/bi day 3- shoulders/legs rinse repeat.. now between shoulders/chest days when u repeat your only getting 24 hrs rest. i was always told you should get 48 hours rest on those muscles, if they dont repair themselfs they will never grow. should i keep on doing what im doing? change my routine back to chest/shoulders on same day? make my routine 4 days?
