Work-Out Routine

    Hey,

    I was looking into getting into a gym and starting a workout routine once school ends here in a couple of weeks. I have never really worked out before and I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions on places I could find routines or if its prob best to just meet with a trainer at the gym the first few times I go just to get I guess the motions and everything correct.

    I will giveyou this advice: try to go with a partner. Not for support, but just for a spotter, until you find out what you're capable of and get your form down etc.

    You fuckers are so mean. Anyways here is a great routine. Its called the lightbulb.

    Monday -
    Flat Bench
    Incline Bench
    Decline Bench
    Chest Fly/Pec Deck


    Tuesday -
    Front raises
    lateral raises
    Bent over roww
    Plate Raise
    Shrugs

    Weds - cardio 60-90 min high intensity

    Thurs -
    Dumbell Curl
    Dumbell Hammer Curl
    Forearm curls
    Barbell Curl (in squat rack)
    Dumbell Curl superset (do 100 reps with 50% of max in as few sets as possible)
    Shrugs

    Friday -
    Repeat Monday

    Sat/Sun -
    45 min high intensity cardio each day


    Nutrition - aim for about 1500 calories of just protein, celltech, noxplode, muscle tech, etc are all your friends.


    You'll be super broly in no time!

    Just started this today :bowdown: it's rough, you didn't label sets so I just put 5x5.

    Definately feeling the pump
