Toss some oats in there. I find that the "quick" variety of rolled oats work the best.

both of those recipes sound like they taste horrible

this is a good tasting MRP shake:

2 scoops banana or chocolate mass meal
    2 large bananas
    2 cups skim milk
    2 tbsp natural peanut butter

    12 oz water
    3 scoops vanilla N-Large
    8 Frozen strawberries

Vanilla N-Large by itself = teh nastiness. Mixed with frozen strawberries = teh awesome.

I figure it will in less than 2 years...but it was $30 so :dunno: seems worth it until i buy a really nice stainless bar blender.... Ive never seen a blender that lasted longer than that with daily use unless it cost like $100 plus. When i was a bartender our blenders lasted only about 2 years as well...and they were like $250...but as you can imagine...a bar uses them alot more.

    I bought it

I have never been so pleased with a Blender. I make a shake with 2 cups of wild Oats and 3 scoops of Pro, and it comes out completely smooth with absolutely no dry Oat residue clogging up the bottom. So worth the $350.
