Wooo hooo 405!

    So I been inching up to the 405 lb mark for squatting. Today I decided to use a belt, last week I hit 365 x 3 without a belt on my last set so I went for it this week.

    Started with leg ext
    Warmed up 150 x 10
    315 x 10
    315 x 10 + Light Band
    315 x 9 + Light Band

    Went to Squat.

    Warmed up with 225 x 10 raw
    275 x 10 raw
    315 x 10 raw
    365 x 6 + belt
    405 x 2 (failed on 3) + belt

    WOOO WOO!!!!

    I know its not that impressive since im about 226 right now, but still Im happy!! Next goal 495 by December!

    My dead lift is weak, but I do it at the end of Purs Back workout day. So after like 20 something sets and 1.5 hrs of working out I did last week.

    225 x 10
    315 x 8
    335 x 6
    365 x 4

    I do dead lifts only every other week . . after the sticky workout posted. I know its low.

    eh in my mind with people out there like mainesucks, and bdr, and others until I start doing big big weight I won't be happy.

    I really wonder how much weight a suit would help me handle?

    I saw some guy the other week leg pressing 315, so he loaded up 315 on the smith machine because he thought the weight was the same. Funny shit, almost killed himself. Him and his buddy at one end squatted together. It was pure faggotry in motion :rofl:

    not going for power lifting, just doing purs body building routine. I just happen to be lifting an average ammount of weight ;). I know if I had a straight dedicated squatt day my numbers would be higher.

    Wow goodjob man, IIRC you looked pretty skinny I wouldn't have thought you could do 405.

    Try doing it before the leg extensions next time, just do a warmup set with the bar and work your way up.
