How about a stickied post up top for the next month or so of pictures from Woodward? If nothing else I'll keep updated with fresh posts/pictures. Here are a few from the other night (not my crappy camera).

SRT-4 pictured is low 12 high 11 seconds. (Bigger turbo, etc. etc.)

Mineral Gray GT is low 12's with bolt on's and 125 shot. Red one is a GT with Saleen body kit. 4.6L done up to a 5.0L (ish) heads/cam with a huge Procharger.

Sticky or not, I'll update this post with more pics as I take more myself or know people who do. There have been people out there every weekend since the end of April or so, and it'll only get 10x worse each weekend until the one million plus show up for the actual cruise the weekend of August 19th.

Any pic requests? M plate cars are out all the time. Theres already been a few non M-plate GT500's out there. I watched one get his ass beat by a Datsun with an LS1 in it...pretty quick car being so light. I've seen a few Caliber SRT-4's out. Ford GT's. A few Ferraris and lately theres been a guy in a Lambo Diablo out there too.

Thanks for the sticky TriShield. I'll check the thread out. I'll be all over that day though so we'll see what happens. Theres a local group called Motown Muscle that will end up having at least one maybe two spots and have a portable dyno out too (it's part of Livernois Motorsports though) . I'll be at those and at my brothers bosses party. The past two years they've had a pair of Enzos and some other rediculous stuff.

Haven't posted any pics lately. Here are a few. The exotic cars are from a couple dealerships about 5 minutes away from Woodward. I heard the Bugatti was there so I couldn't help but go take pictures.

Pardon my ignorance, but not positive what it is. The owner was pretty cool though. I'm not up to par on my old/muscle cars.

Bad quality because I was on digital zoom and had no base to set the camera on, but yeah it's a RWD Cavalier. It sounds insane too. I've watched him get on it pulling out of a parking lot and it MOVES
    [IMG]

Nice car. Very clean and has a 351C in it.

Definately Mopar, looks a lot like a Plymouth Satellite but the nose looks longer in that picture. Got a picture of the front?

No I don't. If I see the car this week/weekend I'll get a picture of the front.

The weather could not have been worse this year. It's rained most of the morning and early afternoon. At least it died off so the day wasn't a total loss and it was cool outside. By 3pm Woodward was choked with rumbling classics and people so it was a decent half day.

My other big disappointment was Chrysler not having the new Challenger out on display (probably because of the rain). Otherwise it was pretty good. The most unusual car spotted was a VY Holden Ute SS on Woodward with manufacturer plates. I was hoping someone would have the new VE Commmodore SS out but didn't see it.

I was shocked how many people were still out with the rain. I saw a dude with an AC Cobra cruising down the road heading towards WW with no top on the car. Didn't seem like he had a care in the world...it was great.

Because of the weather it was projected only about 1 million people showed up which is much lower than the expected 1.7 million

I was up in Pontiac the whole time Saturday. Had a great time up there. it's the only place police stop traffic for you to do a burnout.

It was dark, and this was in a tent, and I didn't have a decent flash, so these suck. But the car looks bad ass.

Actually DCX had to put a new clutch in the Challenger... apparently its been driven by the press lately and they cooked it up. :o

I saw on AutoBlog that someone from DCX was cruising it earlier in the week. Rick Wagoner was driving the Camaro around too. I missed both. I'm coming Thursday morning next year. :o

That Shell gas station is about a half mile north of 13 Mile on the east side of the road. I never saw the Challanger out there though. The blog said they were on Woodward? I've been out there every weekend since May (for the most part) and every day the week and a half before the weekend of the cruise and never saw one out there.
