    Tore up to hell and back. everyone who made it through to the end has a really bad limp; The last event, the trek, is a 30 mile ruck march that you have 10 hours to finish, and they start it 3 hours after the last team event (which is done in a 10-12 mile circuit).

    All of the 18x MOS people got 14 day soft-shoe, dead-man's profiles after coming back so as to heal up.
