    Goal: Bulking up

    Milk( 1cup) 130 9
    Bagel 310 11
    Cream Cheese 80 4

    Lunch
    Chicken Breast Sandwich 468 44
    2 Cup Milk 260 18

    After Workout
    Protein Shake w/ milk 320 54
    Peanut Butter/ Jam Sand 372 12.2

    Milk (1 cup) 130 9

    Snacks

Is this sufficient for bulking up? I've read so much shit about bulking these past couple days and i've seen a whole bunch of shit. Like Max-OT training thinks you should be eating 400 g of protein per day :coolugh:

Just wondering how this sounds for bulking :wiggle:

If you're gaining weight, then it's sufficient.

I don't really have a choice, I'm in university and basically eat when I can since i have class all day. And whats wrong with my carb intake ? It's about 55% of my diet

Cary snacks with you almonds, protein bars etc. Your carb intake is kinda high, do like 30% Fat, 40% carbs and 30% Protein or 40% protein and 30% carbs

it's pretty cut and dry really. Best answer possible by far. If you're not gaining, eat more, if you are don't. simple.

you wouldnt want PB post workout because it's high in fat which would slow down the absorbtion of protein, correct?

i'm sure this makes a very small difference but i'm just throwing something out here.

    That's real optimal :ugh:

Your diet seems a little unclean to me, too much non-nutritional food.
