Women's work out plan?

    Ok so this girl asked me to help her work out, and basicaly she wants to flatten her stomach and lose fat (what every woman wants).

    She asked me because i wrestle/work out every day/i dunno why. But im afraid that ill turn her into like a man, since i see the volleyball/soccer/softball players totaly ruin their bodies.

    Im not gonna have her lift, but i was thinking just doing various ab excersices and some cardio. Since she just wants to flatten her stomach, how many sets/reps should she be doing? Oh, and ill have her doing prolly 6 different ab excersices.

    And heres another thing to keep in mind, this girl has an amazing ass, and she doesnt wanna lose it. Its prolly very little muscle and mostly fat, so what should definently avoid? I was thinking of having her run 2 miles 4 days a week, is that gonna take it away? What cardio excersices should she be doing?

    Im gonna take measurements of her thighs/ass/waist, and if her ass starts wearing away im gonna stop a lot of the stuff we're gonna do :noes:

    just make her work out like you do, perhaps with a little more volume.

    I'd get her squatting regularly for the ass.

    lol don't worry she won't get 'huge' from lifting weights. Most guys can't get big with 20X the test.

    You cant spot reduce fat so tell her to stay fat.

    But see like i said her ass is perfect right now, but im 99% sure she has my muscle there. Im afraid that she'll have a man ass if she starts squating. I see those girls who squat :barf:

    Need to get her eating well. Make sure she's not NOT eating, explain to her the importance of nutrition.

    The high reps stuff is bullshit. Have her actually lift.

    I dont exactly know how much different she looks now (winter- girls dont exactly walk around in bikini's)

    200 pushups
    run 5 miles on treadmill
    50 curls with 5-10 lbs

    Push ups will make her chest smaller. I agree with everything else though.
