Anyone have any good informative links to Facts and Myths to weightlifting for women?

Also anyone have any routines they run a beginner through(women)?

Fuck, I lift real weight and I'm not huge. I honestly don't know what all these women are worried about.

My fiancee lifts weights, if anythign she is losing some weight and getting stronger at the same time. Love spotting her on squats. LOL

Routines? Same type a man would do really. What did you do when you started?

Timber has a lot of good articles for women and strength training...I'm trying to look for the ones he sent me. When I find them I'll send them over.

But seriously, lifting is one of the best things I started doing for myself.
    Your girl is missing out!

For beginners (man or woman doesn't matter), full body routine 3x per week, one exercise per bodypart for 1-3 sets.

no matter how hard she lifts, she will always be missing one natural ingredient for getting huge, test. so unless she gets on the AAS, she's got nothing to worry about.

not to mention, more likely then not, she doesn't have the dedication to lift long enough to get huge (make sure you tell her that last part first :mamoru:)
