So today I go look at a gun collection my dad's best friend is trying to sell for a recently deceased friend. And I picked up a couple goodies...but am having a hard time identifying one of them.

    First:

Beretta Minx, .22 Short (Snagged for 100 bucks)

And this guy here for about a hundred bucks:

Its this second gun that I am having trouble identifying...On the slide:

    MODELE 1935 S MI
    CAL 7.65 L

I can't really find shit on Google or Yahoo. Any of you guys know what this is?

    Is 7.65 Cal = .380?

    thanks guys.

It's a Modele 1935. French, 1930's. Some were captured and used by the Nazis.

I dont think so, but dont quote me on that :o

    .32 ACP is 7.65x17mm

Your gun shoots, what I assume is a 7.65x22mm cartridge, or .32 french long

And a Google search pulls up nothing as far as retailers. I'll keep looking...

EDIT: I wonder if the .32 S&W Long are the same as the French Long
