Def in, that place looks like it could be pretty confy with a touch of cleaning! Not to mention defendable...
I wonder who actually owns the land?

We shold be good there. Their offroad vehicles(the type of auto I expect youd need there) totally suck

It'd probably be really easy...Just have to shoot a few squatters then claim the land as ours and defend it. :dunno:

Of course you guys realize Mitsubishi would probably let it go for a pretty fair price as they have done nothing with it for 30 yrs or so... I suppose that would take the fun out of it.

why pay for it when we could just take it?

also, what about tsunamis and shit? where exactly is it located?

Right off the japanese coast I think, bad location sure it would be easy to go over there and get on the island but being right by Japan it'll also be easy for them to retake.

I'm out, I want an island in the middle of the south pacific thats isolated and noone really cares that much about.

yeah, being near japan... and taking over an island isnt that great of an idea. i mean, japan is a big US ally... we couldnt fuck with the us military.

I resent that statement. My daily driver is a JDM 1997 Mitsubishi L200 Turbo Diesel, same as the one in the pic, and it has served me well. :squint:

    .

Plus we dont have the resources to create a strong enough guerilla style resistance like the insurgency in iraq.

If it came without a decent infantry attachment, we could take it easily. Cramped urban combat is hell for armor, one well placed rpg or sachel would take its track off. The rest is up to crew. Get out and fightm or stay in and die.

There's a small island south of cuba that was given to East Germany by the commies. When WG absorbed EG they did not make claim to the island, so technically its still EG territory. :eek3:
