Those are the hardest physical days. At least the leg cramps and sweats will lighten up alot. But days 7-14 the mental kicks into overdrive. Make sure you get some needed support around you right away.

Yeah, I have been through them too. You feel like you are in hell.

You sweat and are cold at the same time you are sick feeling, vomiting, dirreha ect.

after the physical withdrawls then the mental kicks in. you go nuts trying to find a way to get more.

I have had chronic low back pain for 2 years and I have been through withdrawls many times. I started putting them in a med box so I would know how many I had allotted each day. That helped a little bit because if you try to take more than allotted you have to take from another day and it kind of makes you think about it in a different way then if you just had the bottle and poping them like tic-tacs.

Its so worth getting through this! The hardest thing for me were the mental effects I had from just stopping. I felt like I was going insane. You MUST have some sort of support or friends to help you through this time. Be honest about whats going on with you and your true support group will shine. Good luck!

Just remember, after those first few days the physical pain is gone. Make it through that and the mental pain is all you have to fight. You can kick it.
