I like the "relaxing" effect of alcohol...that's why I drink, not for any dramatic or deep rooted reason based upon some childhood trama or whatever. But I'm no fool, I know that alcohol is not healthy. I drink about 3-4 beers 1-3 times a week, but I would like to quit for the aforementioned reason. I suppose the answer to my question is that I need to learn how to relax without alcohol and the such. So, if I "learned how to relax" that would eliminate my need for alcohol, correct?
