I got my Wisdom Teeth removed today(all 4)...how long do you think is reasonable to rest before hitting the gym again? Also this really ruins my diet so do you think i should just down protein shakes since i cant eat hard foods? Any Advice would be greatly Appreciated.

Don't suck on anything. I was able to eat a bigmac by the second day.
Lifting on lowered cals sucks though, just don't overexert yourself for the first few days to let the holes close up a bit.

Don't hit the gym 'til atleast like 4-5 days after surgery. Drink the fuck out of protein shakes.

You got lucky. I didn't really move for the first 2 days, couldn't eat solid foods for at least a week, and then it was really soft stuff.

I wasn't lifting then, but it would have been a minimum of a week and a half before I could've lifted

i would give it like a week just to be safe. when i got mine removed, they said if you did movements that required heavy strain a possible blot clot could occur. i rather be safe than sorry.
