    Wireharness! !! ! !!
    Ok.. i completed messed up installing a new deck in my recentally purchased 89 mustang. I'm trying to wire in a clarion deck where the following wiring code

    Clarion uses the industry standard wiring colors. Not every unit will have all of the listed wires
    SPEAKERS:
    White=left front +
    White/Black=left front –
    Gray=right front +
    Gray/Black=right front –
    Green=left rear +
    Green/Black=left rear-
    Violet=right rear +
    Violet/Black=right rear –
    POWER/ACCESSORY
    Yellow 14ga=battery main/memory
    Yellow 18ga=battery CeNet power/memory
    Red=accessory (ignition on)
    Black=ground
    Blue=antenna turn on +
    Blue/White=remote turn on (amps) +
    Orange/White=dimmer
    Brown=phone mute
    Orange=parking brake video lockout
    White/Red=CCD (camera) input instant on +

    Now the problem, none of the colors match up to the wires coming from my stang, can someone please tell me or give me a diagram as to which wire does what from the car and what wires from my deck to connect them to? Thanks alot.

    heres how i do shit like that, i get a test light, and just ground it, and test all wires and one will be hot, so theres your 12v, and then do all of the rest and there should be one that turns on w/key. And the ground should be black, but you can always run another easy enough. And just hook up the wires for speakers, its gona be a hit and miss....dont worry about positive/negetive bc it doesnt realyl matter until youget into high power.
