A client of mine wants wireless in all 200 condos at their resort.

Has anyone on offtopic setup a wireless network for hotels or condos or anything like that?

What equipment did you go with?

Somewhat different but might help you out, I work for a college and we use Trapeze Networks gear for our wireless. We've got it setup in about a dozen buildings on our main campus and in a remote site. The access points are discreet, look like large smoke detectors, are thin clients so if one walks off your network info is not compromised. They can either homerun back to a centralized controller, or thought PoE switches connect back via IP. The controller supports WEP, WPA, 802.1X, unencrypted/public, has captive portals, supports many SSIDs and VLAN tagging. The server-side software is great, you can do coverage maps and site surveys.
