Look for a laptop with WiDi built-in. I don't know if you can buy it separately yet, plus the processor in the lenovo laptop you posted doesn't meet all the specs.

the i5 doesnt meet the specs? Damn, thats crazy. Looks like the WiDi is only available on a few laptops that im not interested in anyhow. Looks like ill be running another cord from my tv to the couch where the laptop is :hs:

 there are only 3 laptops that exist that support it

    - Dell: Studio 15z
    - Sony: VAIO VPCS111FM/S
    - Toshiba: Satellite® E205

Well, there were two laptops on the page you linked...a quick search turned up at least one option. Why are you so set on this lenovo laptop? Just not into the brands that currently offer WiDi?

    $800 :bowrofl:

For that price just get a PS3 connected with HDMI and use PS3 media server, that's what I do.
