So i'm debating what to do here, hope some of you can pitch in with suggestions. I have some HD movies (720/1080), PS3 and a Samsung 32 inch lcd tv. My set up is streaming movies via PS3 media center on a c2d macbook to my ps3, but HD movies are sluggish and pause alot. They run fine on my computer but the streaming seems to kill the way the movie is played. So should i run a cat 6 cable from the macbook to the ps3 and see if the wired connection will improve the movie "stream" or should i just go for a mini dvi/vga cable and run it straight to my tv and use that as my monitor for movies?
Any input would be great, thanks.

are you currently using a wireless AP? if so you can test if its a software problem or a bandwidth problem by using a patch lead before you go to the effort of running cable.
