i seen some pics of you F&N members with some wings. id like to know what exercises you like to do or recommend for someone who doesnt have any . i been lifting for almost 6 months and going and it seems like im doing something wrong. maybe because i have over 20% bf, but even when i spread my lats and try to find my "wings", i just dont feel it (or as much). its just a hard lump i trolled around wbb.com and other forums, advice i got was barbell rows with wide underhand grip, single arm seated pulleys, and wide grip overhand deadlift. what are some of your techniques when doing deadlifts, rows, lat pull downs, pullups, etc?
