We installed XP SP2 throughout the company with no problems except one.

When a person prints a page a balloon pops up and says:

You have printed a document blah blah blah.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this? I am looking for a GPO solution if possible.

    Thanks!

What is the blah blah blah?? You might want to take a look in the Microsoft Knowledge Base.

you can download something called TweakUI from microsoft. It's a PowerTool that lets you change a bunch of settings that MS didn't put into dialog boxes... One of them is to disable "ballon tips" -- that's the one you want to turn off.

I know about the tweakUI and the blah blah blah I already have looked on the knowledge base. I was looking more for a GPO that I could deploy instead of having bucky the wonder kid go around to each machine.

it's in gpedit.msc.... under user config --> admin templates --> start menu & taskbar ... it's called "remove balloon tips"
