WINDOWS DEFAULT USER: Mac Equivalent?

    How about you post what you're trying to accomplish and then we can answer your question rather than trying to explain that there's no need for a "Default User".

    trying to create a "default profile" on a mac that, when logged into, i can change the appearance of other profiles

    what kind of appearance do you want to change?

    Although there's no actual "default profile" unless you are enabling Root, which I wouldn't advise.

    Best option would be to create an account, set it to admin, and there you go.
