I have some 'testing PC's' set up at work that QA guys use to test software. Since they test beta software we don't have them on the domain, but they can still access the drives if they map them manually. My question is...if the local and network accounts are the same, is there anyway I can map to a domain printer?

Yes. You just login to the printer share using your domain credentials. DOMAIN\username right? Get the hostname/IP of the printer or print server and manually setup the printer.
