Windows 2k doesnt want to recognize the full 160 gigs of space on the hd and only shows 128?
    What is the workaround?

If you go into Computer Management > Disk Management, you should see the 25odd gig there you can format/partition etc.

I had this problem with XP, and it finds it all after you put on SP1 or SP2 :dunno:

Yeah, mine would only read up to ~ 140-150 gigs. I did what weiner mentioned; after the format, all was good. It took me around 30 minutes of googling to figure this one out.
