Alright, so i'm using an AMD 64 setup with an Asus A8V and an 320064. Lately i've been getting BSOD's relating to Win32k.sys, causing the system to restart. This error occurs at random times. I've been reading that it could possibly be related to the memory i'm using....which I find odd since i've been using it for two years now with no problems.

BTW, is there any other programs other than Memtest that I can use to diagnose the possible memory problem?

Is memtest not working on your system?

How about overclocking, is the memory voltage bumped up from stock?

I use the memtest in the Ubuntu 5.06 and 5.10 install discs. I always had problems running Memtest from the memtest website ISOs. The Ubuntu memtest always picked up the problem - usually if it failed in the first 10 minutes it is the first RAm and if it fails after 2 hours it is the second stick.

Shitty drivers or spyware. Download spyware doctor(trial) and do a full system scan.
