Our company is out of date and still logging into a WIN NT domain. Does anyone know what the minimum password requirements are?
i.e. more then 6 characters, capitals, symbols, etc etc etc.

There are none by default, however the admins can enable strong passwords (see KB article 7960 posted). So the answer is: whatever the admin set it to.
