    Yea thats because I was standing shoulder width on those, 435 was my highest in briefs and wraps

    When did you start rocking 2 ply frantz briefs and wraps?

    Ive always used wraps on heavy lifts, and the briefs after Maine recommend them. They are pretty sweet, help alot for getting outta the whole. Im just trying to get my quad strength up since squatting wide and pulling high hipped has pretty much killed my quad strength

    More like having to much money :dunno: and whats wrong with using briefs if power lifting is your main goal? Oh wait nothing.

    12-16weeks, 12weeks I better be at least 12-14%

    If I cant hit single digits in 40weeks I need to go back to /myself off :wtc:

    Right now Im taking 50mg of Nolva everyday also

    Breakfast:
    7egg Whites
    1whole Egg
    2cups Greens
    1/4cup Nutts

    Snack:
    1/8cup Nutts
    8oz Top Round Steak

    Lunch:
    10oz Tilapia
    2cups Greens
    1/4cup Nutts or 2tbsp Olive Oil

    Snack:
    8oz Chicken
    4cups Greens
    1/8cup Almonds

    Dinner:
    8oz Top Round Steak
    1/4cup Nutts

    Before Bed:
    2scoops of Egg Protein
    12fish oil

    At what point do you think i'ts ok to use briefs? Seems almost like a opinionated thing.
