will this HD work with my MBP?

    that is an ATA drive.. the macbooks and macbook pros use Serial ATA drives. so you will either need to get a SATA drive or i think you can get ATA to SATA drive adapters.

    i may be wrong in all of this.

    I think thats the exact drive apple puts in them. Anyways, its a SATA interface, and 2.5" drive, no reason it would not work.

    Yeah, but I want a 200GB one so I'm going to wait on deal for that, and I think I'd rather get RAM first :o

    I may purchase this in the near future, it'd be nice to have some extra space on my mbp. As of now i have to bump my larger files onto a external HD :hs:

    just had my logic board, dvd drive, and ram replaced under warranty.

    i should be good for a while... i hope :x:

    Besides, I'm almost positive that swapping hard drives in the macbooks and mbp's doesn't void the warrnty, there are instructions on how to do it on the apple website, and they made it really easy (take out battery, take out like 4 screws and it slides out)
