will the protein go bad?

    now that school has started back up, i go to the gym right after school and i cant make my shake during school. if i were to make the shake in a water bottle in the morning, will the protein still be good about 7 hours later for my pre-workout shake?

    milk protein will get gross.

    just make 2 scoops into zip baggies and ,ake it throughout day. my buddie did that all year.

    i mix mine with water.... i'd do it in school but i'd get in trouble..... will the protein stay good if its mixed with water all day?

    it's gonna taste like shit if you don't put it in a fridge, put the powder in a dry bottle, when you're done working out fill it with water, and then drink it... how hard can this shit be?

    i just usually take one pre and then one post workout, should i just start taking two post workouts?

    its for my flippin pre workout shake. taking it after i lift is not the problem. my problem is not being able to mix it at school right before i lift. i guess ill mix it at the gym and pound it 2 mins before i lift, and then throw it all up. sorry i asked. :)

    You don't NEED a preworkout shake, make sure you get a good lunch, lift after school and take a protein shake afterwards. If it's such a big problem, don't do it, but if you really want to know just do it and see how you feel, you won't die.

    i never knew mixing liquid and powder could be so hard.

    just eat a good breakfast and go to school. protein shake during lunch time. schools out, you hit the gym and lift. go home, another protein shake for postworkout

    monster breakfast, eat some food in the car on the way, get to school, work hard, slam a litre of milk and a sandwich, have a protein shake, workout, protein shake, home , massive dinnner, massive after dinner meal, massive meal before bed.

    why cant you do it during school? there shouldnt be a reason u cant do it during school.. pound it back b4 u head to the gym and by the time your there it should be allg ood. PUSSYY

    its whey + water. if ur eating throughout the day its all you need.

    im in fucking highschool and they dont let us do shit like take out protein and mix it in the middle of fucking class. sorry i asked dayummmm

    mix it at home and put it in the nurses fridge, or have a teacher your good friends with put it in the lounge

    You get a break for lunch no? Mix that bitch up at lunch and then slam it prior to working out. Optimal? No, but it beats mixing it up first thing in the morning before school and having it sit for hours.
