I work as a welder/pipe-fitter from 5am-5pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Then 5am-1pm on Monday.

What I want to do is lift and do cardio on Monday after work, again on Tuesday, then again on Thursday.

After beating stainless steel all day with a sledge hammer and other retarded shit, I don't feel like lifting.

As long as I keep up with my diet, is there anything wrong with my schedule?

I'm asking if my body will still grow the way I want it to with working out on my days off. Whether or not I do or do not have enough time to recover. English comprehension 101.

Now go buy a fucking sub and at least get an AV. Freeloading troll.

Yeah, but it's pretty awesome. Not including overtime, I only work 36 hours a week and get paid for 40. 3 days of work and 4 days off, hell yeah.

    Your head.
    it's rough.

I work ~50hrs a week. And still fit in all my working out, partying, art, and other bs.
