Will Macs have the DRM support for nextgen media?

    I've been reading here and there about the way Vista has been restructured from the ground up to support emerging DRM crap, in particular the stuff protecting HD-DVD and Blu-ray discs.

    Now, Apple has been doing the digital hub model long before Windows "Media Center" was conceived, so I really doubt they would miss the boat on this. But I haven't heard anything aside from Jobs suggesting that DRM in music is a waste of time.

    On the other hand I seem to remember some news from a couple of years ago that Macs had this "TCM" chip in them, is that related?

    id like to see if leopard takes the drm path that vista took
