Will cingular replace my phone if I have insurance?

I got a Motorola T720 I got from cingular last november. Its always droping calls and it wont even ring half the time just go strait to voicemail or wont tell me I have missed a call untill 30min after the call was made. This last month the screen has been messing up. Stuff like the screen slowly fading to black when you open it , the bottom of the screen showing up on the top and some other things.

What I want to know is will cingular replace it , I do have insurance for it. My phone does have more then its share of sratches and scrapes and Iam afraid they will see it and tell me no.

If they don't have it in stock, what phone do you think I'll end up with?

if they dont have it in stock they should provide you with a list of phones to choose from

    Wirelessly posted (MOT-V400/0B.09.2FR MIB/2.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.0 UP.Link/1.1)

I like this phone alot more than my last one.

T720 = worst phone ever made. I replaced about 30 a day before we stopped carrying them.

v400 is decent. Just switched from that to the nokia 6230
