will cables after compound movements help build muscle mass?

    id like to know if by using cable/pulleys follwed by a compound movement will help me increase muscle mass?

    ie:
    close grip bench press: 3x8, after each set (within 20seconds), ill do tricep pull-downs on the pulleys for 8-10reps. rest 2-3min then repeat

    bent over rows: 3x8, same procedure but with seated cable pulley rows
    etc
