i think timmah is fucked and doesn't have a chance.
    Andrei's equally fucked.
mir... good job with hardonkey :mamoru:. you're a wiz as a commentator. stick to it. :hs:

chuck? :dunno: looks like rampage has his number, he might take the belt back from someone else if Q loses.
tito will be stuck as a gatekeeper.
randy captain fucking america couture? given your smaller size and age, maybe move back down to lhw and fuck shit up  either way, no one will ever count you out until you need a walker and depends. even then, you're still a G :naughty:

franklin? sorry rich, i wish it would happen, i don't think it will. :hs:
    tanner? probably not.

GSP? likely, imo. serra was might have been underestimated but you just dispatched kos in impressive fashion and you've got hughes by the balls. :mamoru:
hughes? i think GSP will push your shit in every time if you don't learn to strike.
BJ? again, likely imo. move to lightweight, take that belt and then come back for this one.

no former champs in lightweight that i can think of. BJ is the former welterweight champ so i don't think that works. I'm not sure if sherk was stripped of the title yet and pulver left.

lets see if we can have a thread that doesn't degenerate to namecalling and other stupidity.

Hughes will get back the title then lose to gsp.

agreed on all counts. like i said, i think rampage has the formula for beating chuck, but if q goes down, i can see chuck taking out whoever's at the top.

it's like the hughes/serra/gsp mmath triangle of death. i think hughes has serra's number, gps has hughes' and serra might (but i hope not) have the tools to take georges again.

i hate to say it, but dont be surprised to see Serra beat Hughes. Its a much better match up for him than GSP.

you make a great point here.

Rich, Chuck, BJ, GSP, Hughes all have legitimate chances.

I know right? You want me to point out the obvious that Silva has the better stand up and ground game. Franklin won't make it out of the first round in the rematch and I don't think he could be Marquardt either.

i think he is far too good looking to be marquardt.

However, your theory completely lacks the idea that someone with very strong wrestling and a strong chin could dominate Silva. Then get their fudge packed by Rich. Being int he top 3 of his division i would say he has a decent shot at getting his title back. not a great one, but a legitimate shot.

Also, I love your logic. Not beaing able to beat Silva = sucking...

honestly, i don't know shit about serra other than he has retard strength in his striking (though i don't know how technically proficient he is) and is quite obviously a wizard on the ground. :dunno:

Actually, I think that arlovski has the tools as a fighter to be champ again however I think the dana/the ufc marketing team has a very hard/impossible road back to a title shot planned for him now. I say he's 3 fight away from a hw title. Nog, Randy, crocop, gonz, Vera, Sylvia, and maybe fedor. Pick any 3 of those guys and if someone manages to go 3-0 against that mix

Ironic, you make fun of me for fucking up a word and then you totally spell something wrong.

Mostly, I'm doing it to get a rise out of Drag On since me and him have an Av Bet for their rematch. For some reason you really love riding my ass when I make stupid comments.

i think we're seeing more and more that a fighter's mentality going in to the fight is a strong factor in his success and i question andrei's. that being said, he'd have a chance against randy if he had a title shot next fight BUT i don't think he'll be able to move himself into #1 contender position to get that title shot. give me andrei vs. gonzaga and then maybe vs. vera and let's see what happens after that.

on another note, can you fucking children ever have a thread without the little bitch nit picking over grammar. if you disagree with something, find an intelligent reason to debate someone's commentary instead of attacking them.

hughes has the best shot among all of those guys but he probably won't get the belt back.

so I point out trolling and fighter bashing :dunno:

and fucking up a word is not the same thing as making an idiotic comment.

you dont think he'll beat Serra?

I cant see Hughes gaming up and taking GSP. He cant 'heart it out' against GSP.
