    Nope.

People in CA are going to hoard all of it.

No, I suspect that there will now be a fair bit of hoarding in California before the new law goes into affect. The current administration is looking at the UN global arms traffic treaty in a different light than the previous. So, I suspect there will still be fear buying for a while to come.

i would LOVE for them to try and impose california laws on other states

esp gun-loving states like PA-VA-FL-Texas and every good bible state

It hasn't really been too difficult to find ammo where my parents live in TX or where I am in AR. Prices aren't too horrible either. I think best I found was $8.97/50 of WWB 9mm.

Here WWB is more expensive than most anything else

25 bucks for .40 S&W WWB at walmart

    12 per box of .22LR

I've got the opportunity to become a dealer of Freakshow ammo...prices are about 10% higher than WWB plus shipping and lead time isn't too bad at two to three weeks.

I was in the local wally world and they had a few bricks of federal.223 100rds. for 49.95.
I've noticed and also the manager has told me,that they get the federal stuff in once month. But that's not counting the .22 packs

I actually saw some ammo at walmart the other day. First time I've seen it in stock in forever. Bought 200 rds of 9mm and 100 .38 sp.

Again. Remember when nobody could find stripped lowers?

But yah, ammo right now seems to have come back in stock at pre-obama prices. x39 for 210 shipped is decently available.

The did it was called the assualt weapon ban. You could not buy a new high cap mag during that time unless your were law enforcement.

CA is ground zero for gun laws. When bad stuff happens here, it is done for the reason on trying to take it nation wide.

Well, there are 3 super walmarts each about 15-20 miles away, "mine" is a regular one and nobody working there even knows what ammo is.

The super walmart I go to has random shipments of stuff in, it's never predictable. The prices are awful though, especially for walmart.

Nobody seems to shoot .40S&W around here... which is the main reason I chose it for my carry piece.

Having a hard time finding good high velocity .22's for the mosquito though :wtc:

my .22's this year are just as expensive as 9mm was a couple years ago.

I haven't even bothered to walk up to the ammo section at Wally World. I will when it's time to get my deer and turkey tags, and I might inquire then. For a couple months, though, the local Bass Pro has had a pretty solid selection of ammo- even 9mm and 5.56 .

I usually see one or two boxes of wwb 7,62x39, 44mag, 30-06, and that's about it :(
Actually, I did see some .223 value packs there, but no common handgun calibers like 9mm, .40 or .45.

    I can find .40, 9mm, .223 and CCI .22lr, but no .45ACP.

Dudes at the gunshow were asking anywhere from $40-50 per 50 round box of WWB .45ACP.

Local wal-mart recently got in a bunch of Federal 9mm, and some .45 ACP. Picked up some boxes.

Ammo shortage makes me want to buy something chambered in .270 Win.
