    almost like the squirell was using camoflauge

    really? i can barely make out the bottom of the bird. maybe my monitor needs calibrating.

    i think number 3 is awesome! exposure looks perfect. check out the highlights in the bottom left. the bird is just dark. thats all. but seriously, number 3 is badass

    not really. its a blackbird. and there is seperation all the way around him. Sun was to the left of the frame and slightly backlit so the background was in shadow and the foreground was all highlights.

    Yeah I can see it fine. Do all monitors need calibrating? My Dell 2001FP or whatever model this is seems *superb*. I've never calibrated it to know, but I'd venture a guess that it's pretty spot on. I remember I had this awesome picture that I wanted to show my friend, and when I looked at it on her monitor, it was all washed out and not nearly as good. Ever since then I just assumed my monitor was awesome lol.
