Wierd Question

    Wondering what would be the best type of exercise to help define the lower abdomen (Excluding sit ups and such).

    Basically trying to find something better for development in the lower torso.

    Also, on my pec the bottom part is MUCH more flabbier than the upper part, best thing for this would be what exactly? I'm gonna go say close grip or incline bench?

    close grip bench works more triceps i thought?

    A good kitchen routine will help reduce lower ab/pec flab. Combine with wieght lifting and cardio for maximum benefit.

    CG press works the tri's

    to hit the lower pec, do decline presses or there is a cable exercise, not sure what its called. Stand in the moddle of the cable xover, hold the handles attached to the lower pulleys, then bring your hands up (keeping arms slightly bent) up to infront of your eyes.

    Keep cutting for lower ab definition. But you can always do the thing where you lay on your back and pretend to lift a pizza box towards the ceiling without it falling off. That always is a killer :coold:
